Are the items you sell authentic?
Yes we only offer authentic items. To see more about this visit our Authenticity page.

Do you offer discounts?
From time to time we may offer some discounts, please join our mailing list to be notified of these events. Enter you email in the box, at the bottom of this page.

How do you grade the condition of the items?
Most of our items are pre-owned. We try to only choose the best. Some items are like new, some are quite worn.
Like new - similar to a show room model. It may have been handled but does not look used.
Light wear - Visible signs of usage, but no notable stains/scratches/damage
Moderate wear - Visible signs of regular use, or visible stains/scratches/damage

I have an item I want to sell will you buy it?
We are always looking for new items. Currently we can only accept items in person. Please contact us if you are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business days of payment. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

What happens if my goes missing?
We insure all packages, and thoroughly research any missing orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes we charge sales tax in the state of AZ.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are not offering international shipments through our website.

What is your return policy?

If we don't have exactly what you want, contact us. We may have something not yet listed on our website.

Can I cancel an order?
Contact us through our contact us page, please include your order number. If you order has not yet shipped we will be happy to assist you.
